#ThatsMotoringArt solo exhibition at Fiat Chrysler Motor Village UK – MARYLEBONE – London

#ThatsMotoringArt the art of motors in London is the art exhibition launched last February at Fiat Chrysler Motor Village UK in London, the flagship showroom of FCA Brands in Marylebone.

This exhibition project is in partnership with #MirafioriMotorVillage; after the changing of guard at Mirafiori Gallery in order to guest a display dedicate to FCA Heritage, we decided to move the collection to #MirafioriStore, where there was already the sale of personalized paintings. Mirafiori Store is the first flagship merchandising store of FCA Brands in Turin.

We were looking for a place to guest the artworks of Mirafiori Gallery and the wonderful place of Motor Village UK was the best idea. There the gallery have hosted some important events like “God save the Queen” art exhibition of 32 artists Including works by the likes of Rankin and Terry O’Neill, God Save The Queen explores the multitudes of a monarch through photography, fabric and even holograms.

During this art exhibition I wanted to celebrate some important events of this year: firstly, you will find special personalized artworks for the 40th Panda’s Anniversary. I thought at the first model presented on 6th March 1980, the first Panda 30 in Avorio Senegal official color in size 70×100 cm. Furthermore, my second celebration is a canvas 70×100 cm dedicated to the last version launched in 2019 “Panda Trussardi” characterized by its particular color.

The same applies to a significant anniversary like the 110th of Alfa Romeo.

I am inspired to the most famous icons from the beginning of their history choosing model like the 2300 Spider Corsa 1931, Giulia GTA 1300 Junior and last new one Alfa Romeo Stelvio QV realized in big size on canvas 100×150 cm.

You will also find in this art collections artworks inspired to Abarth: The 595 Abarth of 1963 70×100 cm and new 595 70th Abarth anniversary 80×120.

Very important to remember is the limited edition canvas “Tribute to 695 Rivale” made on the occasion of 175th Cantieri Riva Anniversary.

My lovely vintage 500 could not miss in the this exhibition. I dedicated two personalized canvas to London City: the first one is “Cinquecento in London” a 500 L blue next to the iconic red telephone box in size 70×100 cm by contrast the second one is “Cinquecento & Double Decker” a 500 F 1965 in light blue color with the vintage double decker bus in size 80×120 cm.

There is also my tribute canvas to the historical 500 in exhibition at the Museum Of Modern Art of New York in size 70×100, 500 F 1965 avorio antico and a collection of triptych and diptych “cinquecento in Love” for Valentine’s Day.
